As The White Pube, we make money through odd bits of freelance work but the biggest part of our income is actually from our readers. Some of them donate regularly through a Patreon subscription which starts at just £1 a month, and others give one-off donations through Paypal or Ko-fi.

If you donate to any of these, we can send you an invitation to our Discord server. The Discord invite is sent automatically on Patreon when you link your account there, so if you give a one-off dono on Paypal/Ko-fi make sure to put your email address so we can send you the invite directly :)

If you’re not familiar, Discord is like a club hangout space. We chat about the sunday texts we post on this website but more than that, it’s a community of people who talks about art, books, pets, qualms. We do secret santa every year. We help each other with funding applications. We share job opps. We also do a version of secret santa that’s just for snacks. (Secret snackta). I personally have 0 interest in Instagram but I live on Discord. It’s a pretty special place.

There are money-free ways to support us too. Reposting texts! Reviewing the podcast also. thinking of us for freelance bits. telling a rich person you know to donate 1 billion pounds so we can buy the Tate and then close it down. honestly, when people repost our texts that makes my day, i dunno why. i just love to write!!!!!
