i went to slovenia

about a month ago, i went to Ljubljana to talk about friendship in the art industry. It was the most beautiful capital city I’ve ever been to. And also everyone was cool

while I was there, I hung out with Lucija Klauž and recorded an Art Date with her. if you missed the news about that, i’ve started a new podcast where i visit exhibitions with people and hang out a bit. I record the chat, reflect on it a bit later. I take a film camera along with me and post all the photos on the Art Dates website after. The adventure with Lucija was episode 2, and I have two more on my desktop ready to edit : ) i’m really enjoying this. it feels like i’m making these elaborate souvenirs for my future self, and Lucija was great, she had language for feelings I know well but have never really thought about out loud, or with other people. yeah. it was a great date

the only problem now is I met so many people i liked in Ljubljana I want to go back and record 10 more episodes

plus take it easy lab in leeds are doing the film development on the podcast for free ! and they have given me a code for discounts which you can get on the art date episodes : ) its just nice because no one is making me doing this but everyone is helping. community
