“I’m from Russia and I was forced to leave the country because of the war, but part of my family is still there. My project is a collaboration with my brother. I create installations from photographs of places that are associated with my childhood. Some of these photos were taken by me, some will be taken by my brother, and I will place myself in these scenes symbolically returning to a place that I cannot physically return to."
