no, because the thing is, we’ve all got apps that block the other apps on our phones haven’t we? and we all live in houses not made for 33 degree weather? so I turned my computer off for an entire week. I didn’t even go in the room. this room is the hottest in the house. no, I was downstairs, body on standstill, spraying myself with water like a plant. so your latest good youtube installment is late but you understand why now. and i got to complain a little bit. all good

i just want to include this because Halima sent me this clip of the Jpop band XG doign a cover and i had a dream a few nights later that I was interviewing XG and I told one of the singers I thought she was the Corrine Bailey Rae of Kpop????she cried. listen i dont know what the fuck i was on about

i’m late to dooby but her videos are so pleasant to me, like a bit full on, but they don’t get annoying somehow. it’s a good balance. she just knows a lot about food, she puts it away, she’s good at describing it as she goes, and the descriptions alone are satisfying. her videos are so long i’ve been dipping in and out with lunch over like the course of an entire week haha

this video of a Korean youtuber who lives in Mexico visiting Chile for the first time and not understanding what anyone is saying made me laugh out loud so many times, and also like, did a lot for my soul because I could understand what they were saying. i’m counting down the days til i go to Chile and i am really swinging in a big dangerous pendulum between ‘i can understand everything!’ and ‘i’m going to die! and everyone is going to laugh at me’ hahahaha god i should watch this video again
